10 Things You Should Do With Your F.R.I.E.N.D.S.

We have dedicated days to celebrate the things in life, right from Coffee Day to Environment Day and Sister’s Day to Men’s Day. But all along Friendship’s day is the longest known day to celebrate to me, right from my childhood. And it was crazy how the number of Friendship’s bands used to be the parameter of the having number of friends.

Growing up, however, made all of us realize that there are more friendships than friendship- band and beyond words.

Remembering all of those friendships and without making this article more emo, let’s dive into the list of 10 things that you should definitely do with your friends. Putting this the other way round, ‘if you do these things with a group of people then that’s your BFF!’

Best Friends FOREVER!

1. RoadTrips

The one that is shown in ‘Dil Chahata Hain’. Or the one shown in ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’  for generation Z to understand.

2. Rescue from Family Situation

Oh, this one is important to be ticked. A fight with Mom or Dad not buying you a bike even after good marks in the exam. If you ever thought of going to someplace else than your home after this fight, then it is to your friend! Because you know, no one else can understand that situation better, right?

3. Sharing

Sharing absolutely anything and everything. Right from clothes, to parents, to playlists, to experiences, to fantasies and dreams.

But I know only food is out of limits. Because when it comes to FOOD, we all are Joe! (#Proud)

4. Bitching

Could be about anything at all. and when these are two best friends, bitching goes from rickshaw-wala, neighbors, relatives, Ex’s, fellow students, professors, bad coffee, worst day, amazing meeting, Bollywood songs, and this list has no end, whatsoever! You need to make that call to your best friends right now to experience it all over again if you know the intensity!

 

5. Supporting each other

No matter what would be the repercussions, you would always support your BFF, if the decision is good, then it’s alright if the decision is bad then…

Doesn’t matter actually, since you are going to be with them with all the ups & downs, right?

6. Giving Prep-Talks

This, along with all is an important thing you do for your Best-Friend. Prep-Talk before the interview, or telling results to parents, or maybe before talking to the Crush.

7. Telling the Truth

This could seem a little hard, at times, but if you have the BFF bond you would not think twice, to tell the truth, no matter what. Whether it is about dating the wrong guy or choosing the worst shade of lipstick; you would tell the truth, although that might hurt!

8. Night-Outs

Need I say more? what have you done if you have not made remarkable night-outs with your best friends?

Followed by the late-night conversation about life and your goals and everything. That’s stunning!

9. (Failed) Goa Trip Plans

If you plan a Goa-Trip and it happened exactly the same way as you planned then what is even the point in that? The real fun is this planning needed to be followed by some drama, otherwise, the trip is as normal as any other family trip.

And, isn’t the real fun lies in the plan which has been failed a number of times before it will be a success and the stories followed by it?

10. The Advice of NOT Getting Married!

There is always going to be a friend in the group who will advise every couple not to get married. Because advising this is considered as an integral part in the friendship.

So a very Happy Friendship’s Day to all of the characters in your friend group! Friendship is a knot we tie selflessly and look for absolutely nothing but sheer happiness. Friendship is like an unlimited recharge pack valid for a lifetime. Or a garden that always will be blossomed; whichever pleases you!
